Once a year in the town ("RB" or Rancho Bernardo) where Gramma and Papa live, there is a big street festival called "RB Alive" where people can go to wander around, get free stuff, buy other stuff, play games, and generally enjoy the sunshine and the company of others. Mommy, Daddy, and Gramma took me there, and we met up with Aunt Randie, Hannah, and Phoebe. The games and rides were too big for me to go on them, but I enjoyed watching Hannah and Phoebe go down the giant inflatable tsunami wave slide. We also had lunch there. Phoebe shared her hotdog with me. Yummy!
After we got back to Gramma and Papa's house from RB Alive, Hannah and Aunt Randie had to leave, but Uncle Drew came. Then Aunt Marcie, Uncle Devin, and Tyler came too, for a cookout. It was really fun playing in the pool and on the deck with Phoebe and Tyler. The older cousins taught me to do stuff, like jumping off the deck, climbing on the walls, and scooping lots of water out of the pool and dumping it on the pavement and on each other. What larks!
