Oatmeal is Actually Finger Food
Really dig oatmeal, I must admit. But at this point in my life, eating with a spoon, fork, or even a spork is just too slow! So occasionally I test Mommy's patience by opting to make messy foods (e.g. oatmeal, yogurt) into finger foods.

Desperate Diaper Measures
I may have mentioned before in my blog that Mommy is having a hard time keeping me dry overnight. What can I say? I'm a prolific peeer. Anyway, desperate times call for desperate measures. After trying everywhere she could think of to find diaper doublers at a local retailer (she eventually asked Papa to buy them in San Diego and mail them to us), she got creative. What I'm wearing here in this picture of my bottom is a regular nighttime diaper underneath a pair of Goodnights, which are absorbent underpants for older kids who are potty-trained but who still have problems at night. The cool thing about Overnights is that they have really neat pictures of motorcylces on them. The down side is that they are just a bit bulky, since even the small size that I'm wearing is meant to fit kids up to 65 pounds. They work, though. When I wear them, I wake up with dry sheets and a dry sleeper.
