When I woke up this morning, I knew this would be a noteworthy day.
I got up early, and took my morning nap early, in anticipation. By 8:15 I had already eaten
and had a nap - ready for the day. Dad was just getting back from his run, and Mom took me
to a garage sale down the alley. She found me an awesome riding toy! There were also a lot
of plastic toys to choose from, but I like the Radio Flyer race car!
I hung out with Dad and played while Mom went for her run. When she got back, we helped Dad pack for Orlando. I tried to convince Dad to take me with him, but upon reflection, it didn't seem like a very good idea to ride in his suitase. I guess I'll just hang here with Mom until he gets back. After Dad left, Mom and I enjoyed the rest of the day. I continued to explore the living room. I discovered the bookcase! For some reason, I was fixating on "The Complete Guide to Money Happiness." I guess it's never too early to learn about fiscal responsibility and to get started on financial planning. By the time Mom decided to "encourage" me to do something else with my afternoon, I had browsed many of their titles, including some Foucault, and the bestseller "The Kite Runner," by Khaled Hosseini. |
