Today was my four month doctor appointment. I must say I didn't like it - not one little bit. So I cried pretty much the whole time - especially but not exclusively when I got my shots. Mom and Dad think perhaps the reason I was crying is because we confirmed that I am a bit of a tub. I weighed in at 16 pounds, 9 ounces, which means I'm heavier than 80% of kids my age. This, combined with the fact that my length (23 1/2 inches) is only at the 10th percentile, gives you a little bit of a picture of how round I've been getting. I suppose I should get around to rolling over, pulling up, and all that stuff so I can start getting some exercise. But I just have to say that it's hard to be active when I have to haul my HUGE melon around. Yep, I'm now measured in the 97th percentile for head circumference. In other news from the doctor visit, Dr. Daniels did say I had fabulous skin - especially for a Minnesota baby in the wintertime. And I don't even moisturize!

This is a picture of me playing (and, of course, sucking my hand) this afternoon.
