Today was a coming out party of sorts for me. Mom and Dad
invited some neighbors and friends over to meet me. Some of the people who came
had already met me, but they came anyway, which goes to show you how much of an
attraction I am. We had a few dozen people stop by the house this afternoon,
which was much more activity than usually takes place in our house. My parents
used the occasion as an excuse to clean the house - it's probably cleaner in here
than it's been in years... at least in some parts. There were lots of kids
running around. I was the youngest one here, but there were a few who weren't
much older. It was neat to meet the kids that might be my playmates in a year or
two (or five). Mom and Dad didn't get around to taking many pictures during the
event (they really do need to get their act together a bit better!), but they
did take a couple afterwards, so I'll include those here.
