Nothing too exciting today in terms of activities, but I thought I'd talk a little about my recent developments. Also, I've had some questions about my opinions and attitudes about the upcoming election, so I thought I'd respond to those.

First of all, I must say that the whole sleeping in the crib thing is, frankly, pretty kick-ass (pardon the language, but the phrase just seems appropriate here). If I didn't keep filling up diapers to overflowing, It'd be great. As it stands, though, I wake up every few hours in a damp sleeper because my diaper can't handle the output. Mom and Dad are going to have to do something about that. Those Huggies are great for during the day, but they aren't cutting the mustard for my nighttime, when I'm lying down for hours on end. In other news, my swing and I have come to an understanding. Frankly, I think I've just reached a point at which I had easily keep my head in the position I want it, so I can look where I want, and toy bar has captured my interest (although I'm not yet grabbing for it), and when I'm in the swing, Mom makes sure that some good classical music is playing for me. I realize that this is good for my intellectual development, so I'm happy to listen intently. I now spend an hour or so each morning in the swing, and really am beginning to enjoy that time.

Now, regarding the election.... Frankly I don't quite have the vocabulary to adequately express myself, so I had Mom take some pictures of me that hopefully will express what I'm thinking better than I'd be able to do w/ my limited set of words.

Hey Max... What do you think about...
...Dubya's debate performance? ...the prospect of four more years of Dubya?

Hey Max... How serious is the issue of...

...education reform? ...welfare reform?

Same reaction, huh? One more question...
